Patch Notes 12/19/25

Hello, and welcome to the patch notes. This will most likely be the last big push for the 2025 season. So lets get into it.

Farming:
Farming we have made some changes to the EXP system, added new plantables and some other changes and fixes. First of being we fixed a couple bugs with planting and retrieving the planted props. There were some instances where players wouldn't get the correct amount or the plant prop would outright stay in one spot after “removing it”. We also adjusted the prices of some items like seeds and fertilizer to a lower price about 35% reduction than before to hopefully make it cheaper for players to operate on a large scale.

Additions:
- Added a pot growing system
- Added 5 new weed plants to grow/harvest
- New object placement system for placing down pots and other objects
- Reworked the way plants are saved and persisted
- Added Preserves and 10 different types of jars to make, check the farming store for the barrel! Requires Level 15 farming
- Added Preserve jars to the buyer in roxwood to make some extra cash, will find a way to add these into food recipes
- Added Garden Packs 1 and 2 to the Housing Script. You can purchase these packs one time from the farming store at level 15 and 30 for 3,000$ and 7,000$
– Garden packs add over 100 new decoration items into your furniture menu. Garden Pack 1 adds over 30 new items at the end of the Plants Category
– Garden Pack 2 adds over 70 new items and a new furniture category called “Garden” when purchased and unlocked.
– Some of the Props are animated, Fountains and Fairy Gardens so if you experience frame losses please let us know.

Weed Growing:
- You will need a Pot and Fertilizer purchasable from the Farming Store. The Seed will be on you to locate if you dont have a commercial license.
- Place down the pot but “using” it from your inventory.
- Third Eye the pot to Add Fertilizer, then third eye again to add the seed to the pot.
- It is important that you WATER your plant or else your plant will not grow and after 15 minutes will turn into a dying state.
- Each Weed Plant has a 2 hour growth time, and plants persist when you are offline. So i would be careful if you leave a plant too long it will die.
- Weed Has 4 Stages of Growth after growth time third eye to harvest the plant.
- The Pot will use its fertilizer 3 time(s) before the pot becomes empty and you have to refill it. 

Drug Creation: Weed

This update that we showed a little teaser in the latest dev blog post is finally ready for everyone to use! We are test running our new In  House Drug Script with the first being weed. This adds over 30 new items to the drug pool. Creating Bricks, Joints, Bagging Weed etc etc. 

Additions:
- New Machines Added: Brick Press, Weed Grinder, Resin Machine, Drying Rack
- Weed Types: Purple Haze, Natural, Banana Kush, Amnesia, Blue Dream, White Widow
- Items for each weed type: Big Brick, Small Brick, Bagged Weed, Ground Weed, Joints, Seeds, dried versions, harvested versions, buds, leaves
- Items can be purchased from Smoke On The Water if you have a valid Marijuana License and/or a Commercial License.
- Alternatively you can obtain seeds, machines from House Robberies or there is a secret crafting bench out there to craft these items.
– You will need blueprints in order to unlock the recipes! Can obtain these from House Robberies or Package Thefts for now.

Amount, how to and Input/output:
- Place Down your Resin Machine, Drying Rack or Brick Press.
- Must have harvested weed in your inventory.
- Use “Pruners” on the harvested weed you got from farming the weed pots.
- Then you will “use” the “weed grinder” item  in your hotbar to to process the buds you obtained from pruning them into ground weed.
- You can then from there use an “empty bag” to being bagging the weed. You can also use weed wraps and papers from Smoke On The water to roll joints.
- To create Bricks you will need Buds in your inventory. Third Eye use the brick press and select Small Or Large (Supports Multiple Weed Types).
– Small Bricks require 10 buds, big bricks require 25 buds to pack. To “cut” the brick you will need a knife in your inventory.
- Resin Machine: Third Eye “use” the Resin Machine and select the weed type you have. Requires Weed Buds and it is a 1 to 1. 1 Bud is one Resin.
- Drying Rack: Third Eye “use” the drying rack and you can input up to 18 harvested weed to process into dried weed. This process is (5) Minutes.
- Selling: You can Sell Buds, Bagged Weed, Joints, Resin to locals for a profit. 
- Smoking: All Joints are smokeable and Resin can be smoked from the bong.


AI License Plates and Radar Issues:
For some time we have added in our vehicle persistence script which allows players to park their vehicles essentially anywhere and be able to come back to it later. Which prevents the typical GTA Client Side of cleaning up vehicles. Upon further use we figured out that there was nothing stopping local plates from respawning with license plates from vehicles that were stolen and persisted in the database. The APR would then set off flagged plate warnings for stolen vehicles which would often times confuse police.

Fixes:
- New Generation Script that denies locals from spawning with license plates that are persisted
- New handling of AI generated plates
- Cleaning up unused AI vehicles/Plates if the area becomes too congested
- Vanity Plates with some funny sayings on them. Be Warned these plates only spawn in the world one time and if a player steals it you'll never see it again.


City Hall:
City Hall also got a facelift as the UI was too “Basic”, for our taste and the addition of more items to it would break the UI completely.

Updates:
- New UI which a more Modern Approach affecting the base ui and the Licenses/Jobs Tabs
- Applications Tab where players can Apply for Business Licenses and Marijuana Use/Commercial Licenses
– This will now affect Smoke on the water in which to purchase ANY and all weed products and manufacturing items you WILL need to apply for a license.
– You will need a VALID license and have it on you to see any weed related items in the store. 

ATM Robberies OverHaul:
ATM Robberies were completely overhauled to fix bugs and add new features.

Updates:
- Every ATM is instanced, if you rob one ATM it will only lockout that ATM and you are free to rob others
- Robbing and ATM will put it “out of service” for all players until the cooldown of 15 minutes runs out
- Robbing the same ATM more than once in a time period will result in a 20%, 50%, 90% reduction in payout
- Robbing more than 4 ATMS in an hour will increase the amount of times you need to run the minigame
- Robbing the same ATM in a time period will result in that ATM being disabled for 3 hours for everyone. 

Other Fixes:
- Fixed Players not getting apartments on entry, if you DO not have an apartment you may be prompted on the next login to select one.
- Fixed the New Progress UIs not being fully cancelled when players hit the Escape Key
- Added Wallet to the 24/7 to store Money and Licenses in only
- Added City Officials to use the Grant License and Revoke License Commands for Grade 4 and above to handout city licenses
- Removed old Used Car Sales Dealership
- Disabled access to the Weed Lab
- Adjusted the NPCS to accept the new drug items as payment for the Cocaine Lab Card
- Attempt at fixing floating packages when players arent near their spawn radius
- Added Blueprints to Crafting with item metadata to use for more recipes
- Adjusted Applications Script to be compatible with City Hall
- Added Active Crimes to the discord bot to display active and inactive crime scenarios

Known Bugs:
- Animations for some drug creation uses are wonky, this is because of dead animations or the DLC the server is running. Might be only one thing it will be fixed.
- You have to Third Eye towards the ground when using the drying rack as its collision box is weird.
- Blueprints can sometimes lose their metadata for what machines they are for but its a 10% failure chance. 
- The Prop Movement speed is hidden behind the Prop Placement Controls - Scroll Wheel up/down to move the item slow or faster.
- Some Character Actions not stopped during prop placement

Note: The Old Weed System will be in place until the third day after new years. So please sell, make and deal any items you have left as these scripts will no longer be accessible.
